Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ELD Co., Ltd. ("주식회사 이엘디") (the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of Conoti (the “Service”) provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 3 (Effect and amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service screen or on this page. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate applicable laws. When amending these Terms, the Company announces the amendment on the Service screen or on this page from 7 days before the effective date, specifying the effective date and the reasons for the change; amendments that are disadvantageous to users are announced from 30 days before the effective date and notified to users individually, such as by in-app notification.

Article 4 (Use agreement and members)

Article 5 (Provision of the Service)

Article 6 (Paid services and payment)

Article 6-2 (Ink)

  1. (How Ink is obtained) Users may obtain Ink in the following ways.
    (a) Ink granted monthly as part of a paid subscription (Pro).
    (b) Ink received for watching a rewarded ad to the end (the amount varies by ad, and a daily limit may apply).
    (c) Ink purchased in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. (Purchase) In the app, Ink can be purchased only through App Store or Google Play payment, and the price and the amount granted are shown on the purchase screen.
  3. (Use) Ink is deducted according to usage when you use AI features, and use of AI features may be restricted if your balance is insufficient. If you hold Ink obtained in different ways, the Ink closest to expiry is deducted first, and purchased Ink, which does not expire, is deducted last. You can see your balance, usage history, and upcoming expiry dates in the app under “Profile → Ink”.
  4. (Expiry) Ink expires depending on how it was obtained.
    (a) Ink granted through a subscription and Ink received for watching ads: the remaining amount expires at 00:00 (Korea Standard Time) on the first day of a month that comes after 12 months from the last day of the month of grant plus a 1-month grace period (for example, Ink granted in September 2026 expires at 00:00 on November 1, 2027). The Company notifies you by in-app notification 30 days before expiry, and you can check the amount and date of expiring Ink on the Ink screen of the app.
    (b) Ink purchased by the user: has no expiration date and does not expire. However, if a member withdraws, the remaining Ink is deleted together with the account information and cannot be used again, and on termination of the Service paragraph 7 applies.
  5. (Withdrawal and refunds) Users may withdraw their purchase of unused purchased Ink within 7 days from the date of purchase. Withdrawal is restricted for Ink already used under Article 17(2) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc., and the Company indicates this on the purchase screen. Payment cancellation is processed through the App Store or Google Play procedures; if you contact the Company, it will check your purchase history and help with the process. When a purchase is refunded, the amount of Ink granted by that purchase is reversed from your balance. If the Ink from that purchase is insufficient, the rest is reversed from Ink obtained in other ways (such as subscriptions or ads), but the balance never goes below zero and you are not charged separately for Ink already used.
  6. (No cash exchange or transfer) Except for withdrawal and refunds under applicable laws, Ink cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred or lent to other users. Even if you cancel a subscription (stop auto-renewal), you can use the Ink you have already received until it expires. If a subscription fee is refunded, Ink granted for that period may be reversed.
  7. (Changes and termination of the Service) The Company may change the amount of Ink granted, the deduction criteria, and the ad reward criteria, and announces changes under Article 3. Changes that are disadvantageous to users, such as narrowing what purchased Ink can be used for, are announced from 30 days before the application date with a comparison of the terms before and after the change and notified individually, such as by in-app notification; users who do not agree to the change may request a refund of unused purchased Ink before the application date. If the Company terminates the Service, it announces this from 30 days before the termination date, notifies users individually, and refunds unused purchased Ink based on the amount actually paid. The refund for each purchase is the remaining amount multiplied by the unit price obtained by dividing the amount actually paid by the amount of Ink granted by that purchase, and the Company accepts refund requests for at least 30 days after the termination date.
  8. (Minors) If a minor purchases Ink without the consent of a legal representative, the minor or the legal representative may cancel the purchase under applicable laws. Store policies such as Apple and Google family sharing and purchase restrictions also apply to in-app purchases.
  9. (Improper acquisition) If Ink is found to have been obtained by improper means (such as ad manipulation, payment circumvention, or account theft), the Company may reverse that Ink and restrict use.

Article 7 (User obligations and prohibited conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts.

The Company may restrict, delete, or suspend infringing posts or accounts without prior notice.

Article 8 (Management and retention of posts)

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

Article 10 (Governing law and dispute resolution)

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to the use of the Service are resolved through good-faith consultation in accordance with applicable laws and commercial practice.
